Rangeview Plaza

Director of PNG Fashion week, Philma Kelegai, said these small shows are a lead up to the NGCB Paradise Runway at the Hilton Hotel this Saturday 16^th, September.

“Rangeview reached out to me, so we are really lucky and pleased. I think they recognized what we do so the. They also recognized what we do with our kids and we promote products the way we hype for fashion week so they wanted to take advantage of that and engage with us to market and promote.

Since the introduction of the playground in December 2022, the amusement train has dramatically increased foot traffic into the plaza.

Facilities Manager, Correny Ure, mentioned that this is the Plaza’s marketing avenues to increase children and families and it has done just that.

The Prime Minister also commended the owners of Rangeview Plaza – Port Moresby’s newest shopping mall that also opened recently – as well as a group of women who banded together to open and operate the Unity Mall in Waigani, Port Moresby, on their venture into business.

The Prime Minister said even despite the hard times of 2020, 2021 and 2022, it was heartening to see businesses operate in the country with the opening of these shops and shopping malls.

The shoppers were welcomed in to witness the historical Grand Opening Ceremony and see firsthand the premier shopping experience on offer by the 45Rangeview clothing, tech, homeware, service and retail outlets.

The Plaza was officially opened with a ribbon cutting by Nambawan Super Membership Representatives, NCD Governor Powes Parkop, Nambawan Super Chairman Reginald Monagi, and LDL Chairman Kostas Constantinou.

Spread over three levels, Rangeview Plaza houses a supermarket, food court, five restaurants, a medical clinic and specialist shops..

The K300 million Rangeview Precinct features the commercial Plaza and a residential complex, Rangeview Estate, next to the National Capital District Commission’s City Hall along Waigani Drive.
