The 10-month program aimed at unlocking the leadership potential of its workforce, the program encompassed classroom training, personalized coaching, and the execution of strategic culture change projects.

Currently in its second year running, the Accelerate Performance Program is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to invest in Credit

Corporation’s human capital and enable its participants to lead and bring about change by enhancing their leadership skills 

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, APP Founder and Credit Corporation CEO Danny Robinson congratulated the 2022 APP Cohort and highlighted that, “The APP strives to empower the company’s employees to achieve their full potential as leaders within their respective departments.”

The program supports high achieving employees within the organization to refine their leadership skills, enabling them to lead high performing teams.

The six-month, cohort-based program was led and facilitated by Credit Corporation Chief Executive Officer, Danny Robinson, and delivered through a series of workshops and sessions designed to help participants understand their leadership style and enhance its effectiveness in their current roles within the company.
