Credit Corporation staff improve leadership skills

Currently in its second year running, the Accelerate Performance Program is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to invest in Credit

Corporation’s human capital and enable its participants to lead and bring about change by enhancing their leadership skills 

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, APP Founder and Credit Corporation CEO Danny Robinson congratulated the 2022 APP Cohort and highlighted that, “The APP strives to empower the company’s employees to achieve their full potential as leaders within their respective departments.”

Credit Corp CEO Appointed

The company in a statement announced that Danny Robinson, who has been interim CEO of Credit Corporation since February, 2021 following the resignation of former CEO Peter Aitsi, will now lead the finance company’s CEO on a permanent basis.

Mr Robinson has been with Credit Corporation since May 2020 and was previously the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

His extensive financial services career included senior executive roles with Suncorp and the Commonwealth Bank and as Executive General Manager of Banking at Kina Bank Prior to joining Credit Corporation.

Aitsi appointed to Fiji, SI Credit Corp boards

This followed the approval of “Fit & Proper” requirements with the respective Central Banks, said the Credit Corporation in a statement. 

The regional appointments coincide with the approval of the “Fit & Proper” requirements by the Bank of Papua New Guinea formalising the process of his appointment as CEO of the Credit Corporation Group.
