Lae court

It was alleged that on August 22^nd, 2022, the defendants broke into the late MP’s house at Mumeng Station, Bulolo district, and stole K840,000 in cash and other personal items. Police recovered only K41,940.

The defendants are:

Magistrate Jeremiah Singomat adjourned the case to November 16 and the accused from Kabwum, Morobe Province was remanded at Buimo Prison.

It was reported on October 7, that the accused had allegedly stabbed  Manu Fainumu, a Grade 10 student.

The accused was picked up by Police on the same day of the incident and charged and appeared before principal magistrate Jeremiah Singomat.
