James Pomat says the Youth Blood Drive Team managed to collect 80 bags of life saving blood from very willing students.
He thanked the Port Moresby General Hospital for such a program that the school was happy to participate in, donating blood for the worthy cause of saving lives.
“We have taught the boys three important reasons for giving blood; firstly, is to save the life of another person, secondly; to be able to know their blood type and know the benefits of giving blood,” Pomat says.
