MOU enables extension of reproductive health services

During the MOU signing and Service Agreements, NCDPHA CEO, Dr. Steven Yennie said the partnership gives Marie Stopes the opportunity to extend its services to more people in communities.

NCDPHA sets priorities

On day one of its performance review meeting, the NCDPHA CEO, Dr. Steven Yennie’s when presenting an overview of its performance over the years, stated that priorities for 2023 will be planned according to the NCDPHA Performance Review. 

He added that despite the challenges for this year, it would help better plan their focus on public health and administration. 

“Our priority for 2023 is the NCD annual performance review, which we are working on now and the NCDPHA Annual Performance plan. 

PNGSF Directed To Release Health Equipment

He has directed PNGSF Executive Director, Albert Veratau to allow the NCDPHA staff to have access to facilities at the Rita Flynn sports complex by Wednesday, June 29.

The directive came in response to the lockdown of the Rita Flynn Sports Complex and the withholding of critical medical equipment, such as the GeneExpert machine belonging to the NCDPHA. 
The PNGSF closed its doors due to outstanding funds of K6.2 million owed to the PNGSF for the use of the RTC and other facilities.
