NCSL client service for Airways Residences staff

This involves arranging presentations and addressing employee queries on-site. Recently, employees at Airways Residences had the opportunity to access NCSL's client services, including the issuance of Poro Cards, registration of new members, and addressing customer concerns.

Mr. Noel Keyala, Manager of Member Services and Branch Support, emphasized that providing client services is crucial for understanding members' needs and responding proactively to their queries.

New NCSL loan policy to target SME’s

This was announced by NCSL Board Chairman, Ian Tarutia, during the company’s 5th Annual General Meeting in Port Moresby.

The new lending products follows the approval of the revised loan policy and risk credit facility by the NCSL Board in June.

During the 5th AGM in Port Moresby Ian Tarutia announced the Boards approval to revise the current loan policy and risk credit facility.

The revised policy is now before the Bank of PNG.

NCSL drives ambitious goal

NCSL’s General Manager Vari Lahui confirmed this during NCSL’s monthly radio appearance on FM100’s Talk Back Show recently.

NCSL is registering around 2,000 members each month and Lahui says the membership growth is largely due to its personalised approach to serving members and the quick turnaround time on queries and applications driven through the electronic channels.

This has also enabled easy access to services anytime, anywhere at the members’ convenience.
