Welfare of Police Officers captured in plan

The welfare of Police officers is captured in the Government’s plan for the next five years.

Minister for Internal Security Peter Tsiamalili Jnr made this known in Parliament last week following questions raised by Member for Goilala Casmiro Aia.

The MP questioned the Minister on housing and accommodation issues for police officers, now that the Government plans to recruit new officers next year.

In response, Minister Tsiamalili Jnr said the welfare of Police officers is being captured in the Government’s plan for the next five years.

He assured that all these will be addressed by the Marape-Rosso Government.
