Melbourne Storms

Storm sign Josh Addo-Carr

Addo-Carr will join the club at the end of the season in a deal that will see him wear the purple jersey until the end of 2019.

The 20-year-old winger has played four NRL games for the Tigers, scoring three tries and made his NRL debut against Storm in Round 7 of this season.

"I'd like to make it clear to our members and fans that Wests Tigers made a very competitive offer to retain Joshua for the next few years and while we're disappointed we wish him well," Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said.

Bulldogs continue Storm streak

The Dogs have now won their last six against the Storm and past three matches at AAMI Park, and in doing so handed the Storm their first home loss of the season.

Eels qualify for Nines decider

Storm try-scorer Tohu Harris was proud of what his side were able to achieve at the Nines, with few tipping Melbourne to make it deep in the tournament.

"Nobody sort of gave us a chance but we thought we had come up with a quality side, one that works hard for each other," Harris told NRL.com.

"I guess everyone else will think we're overachievers but we knew we were better than what we came up with in the last game. Unfortunately we faced an in-form Parra team and it just wasn't to be."
