Now, a fan has filed a potential class-action lawsuit in San Francisco in objection to Kanye West going back on his initial promise.

Justin Baker-Rhett is accusing the rapper and TIDAL of collecting user data for 2 million new subscribers under false pretenses (via Billboard).

The suit also alleges that West broke a vow to never sell The Life of Pablo by eventually making it available for purchase on his website.

Yeezy's announcement that The Life of Pablo ​is exclusive to Jay Z's streaming platform saw the app shoot up 258 places on the American App Store rankings last Sunday (February 14).

Data from analytics firm App Annie suggests that TIDAL also climbed a staggering 437 places on the UK App Store chart, peaking at number 17.

Despite Kanye's efforts to make ​The Life of Pablo exclusive to TIDAL, reports suggest that the record racked up half a million illegal downloads on piracy websites within a couple of days.

We've obtained docs which Kanye got his crew to sign, in which they promise not to breathe a word about what they saw or heard about "all members of the Kardashian, Jenner and West families." The guarantee of confidentiality comes with a threat. Any breach would result in a damage claim "not less than ten million dollars." 

As for how long the crew has to zip it ... "the life of artist plus ten years, or fifty years, whichever is longer." 

Collecting is a whole other matter, right? 

When Kanye West dropped songs from his new album T.L.O.P. late last week, much attention was put on the single "Famous."

"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why, I made that bitch famous / God damn / I made that bitch famous," he rapped on the song. As you can expect, many people in the pop superstar's squad had a few thoughts on the track.

"Everybody has their own opinion," Selena shared on SiriusXM Hits 1. "At the end of the day, you can just do what you do."

The rapper announced earlier this week that his record's (latest) title is T.L.O.P. He then set his fans a challenge to work out what the acronym stands for.

It's not clear if anyone actually guessed it right (we're going to assume no), but Yeezus has now tweeted the "final tracklist for The Life of Pablo".

Next to the name of the album title in Kanye's picture is the message "Which one?"

Since he's asking, that Netflix series about Pablo Escobar was pretty popular, so could Kanye have just binged on Narcos or is there a deeper meaning to the name?

After firing off a series of tweets recently concerning a wide variety of topics (Puma, his reveal of doing a Yeezy kids' line, an adorable photo of daughter North West), 'Ye posted one message that used up less than half of the 140-character limit, but managed to speak volumes to many in the Twitterverse: "Bill Cosby INNOCENT !!!!!!!!!!"

Yes, West, for whatever reason, decided to share his two cents on the ongoing sexual assault case concerning the famous comedian, and didn't offer up any other explanation beyond that—because Kanye.

"The last few days were very stressful," a source tells E! News exclusively. "It was time."

Fortunately, mother and son are both doing well, and although the days leading up to Kim's delivery were stressful, she had plenty of family members on hand for moral support.

In addition to Kanye, of course, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian all joined Kim at the hospital.
