Her colleagues from the Judicial and Legal Services, fellow judges, including the Chief Justice and his deputy and families and friends she met through sports, gathered in numbers to lay her to rest.

Members of the PNG Defence Force, who were pallbearers, today handed over the PNG Flag to Chief Justice Sir Salamo Injia, who presented to the husband and sons of the late judge before laying the casket into a tiled grave.

Following her funeral yesterday, the late Judge was laid to rest at 11am today.

The judge was requested to provide a statement of facts with the questions referred to the Supreme Court before the formal process begins for the reference.

The K3 billion UBS loan reference is before the high court under section 18(2) of the Constitution.  

Chief Justice Sir Salamo Injia today issued directions requesting Justice Catherine Davani to formalise the process, after the referral was made by the National Court On Jan 28, 2015.
