The event will be staged from 30 September - 21 October next year in Jordan.
Over the course of the 22 days, 16 teams will play a total of 32 matches across four stadiums.
The first camp will commence in a week time from 27 October - 06 November at PNGFA Academy in Lae.
The squad will then go for a week break before returning for the second camp from 23 November - 19 December.
The final 20 will be announced after the second camp to travel to Moresby on 04 January 2016 for a week preparation before departing for Cook Islands to take part in a tournament.
