The star spent time with youngsters at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital in a surprise appearance ahead of a benefit concert on Sunday.

Following the singer's visit, the father of one of the injured said he had never seen his daughter so happy.

Suicide bomber Salman Abedi killed 22 people and injured dozens more at Grande's 22 May Manchester Arena gig.

Grande arrived back in the UK on Friday morning ahead of the One Love Manchester concert at Old Trafford cricket ground.

The agency said "opportunists or touts" had tried to take advantage of its offer for those who were at the Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena.

It has said fans at the original show can get into Sunday's event for free.

Some 25,000 people applied - but just 14,200 were at the concert on 22 May.

Twenty-two people died and 116 were injured in a suicide bombing at the end of Grande's show.

The event, she said, will honor and raise money for the victims and their families.

"I want to thank my fellow musicians and friends for reaching out to be part of our expression of love for Manchester," she said in a letter posted Friday to social media. "I will have details to share with you as soon as everything is confirmed."

It was the final track Ariana performed on Monday.

The song is being streamed and downloaded after a fan campaign to get the track to the top of the official charts.

The track has climbed from outside the top 200 overnight to number 35 and it's currently outselling Justin Bieber and Liam Payne on iTunes.

However iTunes sales no longer contribute greatly to chart positions, with the top 40 more influenced by listeners' streaming habits.

The singer and "Voice" coach took the stage to perform her new single "Malibu," but took a moment beforehand to acknowledge the incident that left at least 22 people dead and 59 people injured, including children and teens.

"I'd like to dedicate this song to my good friend Ariana Grande and everyone who experienced that horrific attack yesterday," Cyrus said. "Our hearts are with you."

It'll be used in the free mobile release of Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius and it's "the cutest" character she's ever seen.

Posting on Instagram she wrote: "I'm so excited and in love with it i cannot contain myself."

More than 8m gamers have played Brave Exvius worldwide since it was first released in Japan in 2015 on Android and iOS.

The look appears to be based on the cover of her latest album and the music video for Dangerous Woman.

Grande posted a video on social media announcing the fifteen tracks in a series of mugshot photos, which also revealed four big name feature artists that will appear on the album.

Nicki Minaj, Macy Gray, Future and Lil' Wayne will all lend their musical stylings to 'Side to Side', 'Leave Me Lonely', 'Everyday' and 'Let Me Love You' respectively.​

'Dangerous Woman' reached No.1 on the Billboard and Twitter Top Tracks chart, becoming Ariana's fourth song to reach the summit.
