In a statement, the Milne Bay Community Association (MBCA) and the University of Papua New Guinea Milne Bay Students Union (UPNG MBSU) said the official venue will no longer be at the Sir John Guise Stadium.
“This was due to the National Sports Trustee Ltd (who manage the Sir John Guise Stadium) decision to move all provincial days to the Rita Flynn carpark after the disruption caused by the recent East Sepik Day. Gordon’s Secondary was therefore the only available venue.
“The program will begin at 9:30am and finish at 3pm.”
