Super Bowl LI: Will Lady Gaga go off on Trump at halftime?

The 30-year-old pop star will take center stage for 13-minutes during Sunday's showdown between the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons, and bookmakers are not convinced she won't use it to make a statement against the 45th President.

Lady Gaga practicing for Super Bowl in her backyard

The pop superstar has built a stage in her Southern California backyard to rehearse. And since it's Gaga, we are not talking a little stage.

The singer posted a snippet of a video on Instagram showing her and her crew in front of a large white tent.

"SuperBowl Rehearsal is so fun," the caption reads. "We built a tent in my backyard with a dancefloor to practice! We love you monsters, can't wait to perform for u!"

She also posted a pic of herself wearing an NFL shirt with the caption, "Rehearsal #cantstopwontstop dream big and never give up #halftime."

Lady Gaga to headline Super Bowl half time show

The Grammy award winning singer will play the halftime show in Houston, Texas in February 2017.

She has tweeted: "It's not an illusion. The rumours are true. This year the Super Bowl goes Gaga!"

The National Football League (NFL) championship game is the most watched event on US television.

Lady Gaga will follow in the steps of Beyonce, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry.

It will be her second Super Bowl appearance after she opened last February's game with a performance of the American national anthem.

Adele won't do Super Bowl: 'I know I'm not Beyoncé, I can't dance'

At a concert in Los Angeles on Saturday night, Adele told her fans that the NFL asked her to be a part of Super Bowl LI in Houston on February 5, 2017 -- but she declined.

"Come, on. That show is not about music, and I don't dance or anything like that. They were really kind, they did ask me, but I did say no," she said Saturday, eliciting boos from the audience.
