The grant will go towards the total cost of their education, board and lodging.
Robson Yinambe, gold medallist in the decathlon at the 2015 Pacific Games and Wesley Logorava, a member of the gold medal winning men’s 4*100m relay team jumped at the opportunity to take up studies at Cloud in January 2017.
Athletics PNG had only secured sufficient funding for Yinambe and Logorava’s first year and had been looking for sponsors to allow them to complete their programme at Cloud.
