His lawyer from the Public Solicitors office moved the application at the Committal court today (Oct 2) to have Parker who is reportedly suffering from hypertension be transported into the city to get medical treatment.
This application is for his release to seek further medical attention and is not a bail application.
Details of where he will be getting medical treatment and from who is unknown but his lawyer revealed in court that his client has been suffering from High Blood pressure which they believe is associated to the medical condition of his wife.
