The Titans and Piranhas made winning starts in the 50 over (men’s) and T20 (women’s) competition yesterday on day 11 of the 2017 Hebou Shield at Amini Park, Port Moresby.
It was Tony Ura for the Titans whose knock of 143 off 95 balls guided his side home to a six wicket win over the Warriors.
To the women’s, Veru Kila Frank (79*) showcased in the Piranhas seven wicket triumph over the Diamonds.
In tomorrow’s fixtures, Titans will take on Cheaters in the men’s division in another 50 over format.
For the women’s, Piranas will clash with Sharks in a T20 fixture.
