IBS School Mathematics Competition Coordinator, Kepa Darima says IBS is not only focused on Tertiary level but also at secondary education level through the IBS School Debate and School Mathematics Competition.

“The competition was initiated by the Chairman and Founder of IBS, Sir Mick Nades.”

“He saw the need in educating students after year 10 and 12 as he found out that they were still struggling in their numeracy level and skills which brought up the need to challenge and up- skill them.”

Darima says this has been and always will be IBS way of supporting what out hard working teachers have been doing in schools.

He commended the participating schools for their efforts in participating in the competition and looks forward in collaborating together in the next competition.
