Coach of the SP Hunters, Michael Marum has confirmed that co-captain Adam Korave did not make the current train-on squad because he has been dropped from the team.
“Adam has been dropped. I’ve actually spoken to him; he’s had a few problems throughout this year with his family especially.
“As a leader that we saw fit to lead the boys around the park all of this year, I think he didn’t lead well.
“The football side is ok, but it’s just the off field stuff. I’ve spoken to him, he’s going to go back and work his way back from the Digicel Cup,” said Marum.
The Hunters will go into pre-season training straight after the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup on December 4.
