ExxonMobil PNG has urged development partners for further collaboration to deliver positive development that will benefit Papua New Guineans.
Managing Director Andrew Barry said this during a community partner thank you event hosted in Port Moresby recently.
More than 100 organisations attended the event, hosted by ExxonMobil PNG.
Barry thanked the development partners, acknowledging their contributions to community-backed projects.
In a heartfelt speech he said the partnerships they have built to deliver development projects for communities around PNG has been nothing short of inspirational and has had a profound impact on his life.
Development partners thanked ExxonMobil for the backing of key development projects not only in resource project affected areas but outside as well.
The MD hopes to continue the partnership to see further development in PNG.
Since 2014, ExxonMobil PNG has invested over K820 million in community and infrastructure development programs focused on education, health, women’s empowerment, environment and agriculture.
