Baki speaks about police sex video

PNG Loop today was alerted to yet another police abuse video, this time the footage shows what appears to be a policeman forcing two people to have sex.

The video was shot outdoors with a policeman on camera coaxing the two victims while another policeman in uniform is forcing them from the side to carry out the sexual acts.

The 1 minute 59 second video was uploaded to our Facebook page with the source stating that this had been in circulation since 2014.

Baki ‘encouraged’ by govt K3b package

Baki outlined the submission from the Police Minister’s office as a way to help the force to revitalise much of the Constabulary’s dilapidated infrastructure, recruit more manpower, and train and re-equip the Constabulary against new emerging crime trends evolving across the globe.

He says that with the other government approved funding of 6,000 new houses for police and  with procurement for this construction phase to begin early next year, these huge commitments, if implemented are expected to propel the Constabulary to new heights.

Police chief aims to get older recruits

In his Christmas address Police Commissioner Gari Baki said that the recruitment age gap will be increased from between 18 to 35.

This will be so that aspiring young men and women, as well as matured citizens already employed in the workforce are given the opportunity to join the Constabulary.

He also said that the current recruitment training at the Bomana Police College will be increased from six to eighteen months to allow the Constabulary to churn out intakes who are disciplined, well matured and subservient to the demands of policing.

New police bosses called on to be ‘agents of change’
