Police Commissioner Gari Baki says that a hotline and an email address are to be set up where people can forward complaints as well as pictures or videos of police misbehaving.
PNG Loop today was alerted to yet another police abuse video, this time the footage shows what appears to be a policeman forcing two people to have sex.
The video was shot outdoors with a policeman on camera coaxing the two victims while another policeman in uniform is forcing them from the side to carry out the sexual acts.
The 1 minute 59 second video was uploaded to our Facebook page with the source stating that this had been in circulation since 2014.
When contacted Police Commissioner Gari Baki said that this video along with others in circulation will be submitted to his media officers to review and advise for him to deliberate on.
Baki says that it is time for the police force to be held accountable for all their actions.
He says that a hotline and an email address will be made known soon to the public so they can submit all files and complaints against police.
