The late Fred Aura Konga’s immediate relatives and tribesmen issued the notice yesterday at Rolgump Village in the Anglimp South Waghi Electorate of Jiwaka Province.
The community leaders said Late Konga was killed in cold blood in Port Moresby on August 23rd however, for a month, they did not receive any favourable response from the police commissioner, who promised to investigate the killing.
The leaders, in their verbal notice, are now calling on the concerned authorities to fast track the investigation within 14 days.
