Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from husband Brad Pitt, a source familiar with the filing confirmed to CNN.

Pitt and Jolie got married in 2014 but their relationship became the subject of speculation in 2004, when they co-starred in "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." At the time, Pitt was married to actress Jennifer Aniston.

In January 2005, Pitt and Aniston announced they were splitting and Aniston filed for divorce a few months later.

In April 2004, photos surfaced of Pitt, Jolie and her adopted son Maddox in Kenya.

However, that wasn't always a title the actress wanted for herself.

Speaking with the Associated Press (via CTV News) while filming her upcoming movie First They Killed my Father in Cambodia, Jolie admitted she never actually had the desire to be a mother.

"It's strange, I never wanted to have a baby. I never wanted to be pregnant. I never babysat. I never thought of myself as a mother," the now mother-of-six revealed.

Well, not a whole lot, except for the fact that all three have made scene-stealing appearances on sitcoms!
