NCD Rugby Union declares a promising start in the technical department for better and improved sporting excellence in the code of Rugby Union.
By doing so NCDRU has carried out World Rugby Level One Coaching Clinic, in partnership with High Performance Sports PNG and PNG Rugby Football Union.
