The accused; Jude Nidung, David Travolta, Gregory Tuaki, Alwin Matiabe, Tobias Samson, Kenneth Yangun were allowed K5, 000 bail each by the National Court on November 16.
Justice Panuel Mogish in allowing bail issued strict conditions including a curfew restricting their movements outside the barracks between 6pm and 6am.
They will be expected in court with their lawyer Ignatius Mambei before Magistrate John Kaumi.
Police Prosecution is also expected to give an update on the progressive investigation.
The six were allegedly involved in a group fight between soldiers and students from Kilakila Secondary at the Coronation Primary school on July 25.
The fight resulted in a student of Salvation Army Secondary school (Jeremiah Yinu) sustaining serious head injuries.
He was admitted to the Port Moresby General Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit but succumbed to his injuries on October 7.
