Prime Minister Peter O'Neill and members of parliament gathered at the parliament this morning to pay their last respect to their colleague, Late Hela governor Anderson Agiru.
The viewing was led by the Speaker of Parliament Theo Zurenuoc, followed by the prime minister then the other MPs.
The main flag at the parliament was also lowered at half-mast.
Late Agiru succumbed to a heart attack and was pronounced dead at the Pacific International Hospital in Port Moresby on April 28, 2016.
His body will be flown to Hela Province tomorrow.
