Stand-in Melbourne captain Jesse Bromwich and utility Ben Hampton have both been cited for a grade one dangerous throw.
The two players attracted the attention of the NRL match review committee from the Round 15 Dragons-Storm clash on Saturday night.
The Storm duo were charged for a 34th minute challenge on Dragons centre Euan Aitken, but a previous good record means the pair can escape suspension with an early guilty plea.
