Spiritual warfare is the answer to fight against sorcery and is amongst some of the strategies and solutions proposed and announced by the Body of Christ today.
Churches from all denominations have raised their hands to unite and fight against sorcery related accusations, violence and deaths.
Evangelical, Pentecostal and mainstream Churches have stepped up to form a united front to combat sorcery and sorcery related accusations, violence and deaths.
Chairman of Body of Christ, Pastor Joseph Walters says sorcery is a spiritual belief; therefore it must be addressed spiritually.
“What I’m implying is we cannot effectively fight, defeat and overcome a spiritual condition with a physical weapon unless we address it from its roots”
Ps Walters added Churches have the answer, means and mechanisms to deal and destroy sorcery and its implications.
The churches recommend prayer, fasting and nationwide crusades as immediate strategies to counter the evil practice and are appealing for the government’s support and partnership.
“We ask that any resources and logistics be supported and we as a church would like to coordinate with them”
All Christians and churches nationwide regardless of denomination are asked to rally their support in this cause
“Let’s walk together irrespective of denominations. We have a cause we need to address together”.
