Coca- Cola pours in massive sponsorship for Morobe Show

COCA-COLA Amatil continues its major sponsorship with the Morobe Show with a lucrative package of K110, 000 towards the staging of the annual event this month.

The grand champion sponsor as it is known has seen the leading soft drink company in the country backing the Morobe Show for the past 25 years and its support is surely going to set the stage for event.

The Morobe show Committee today received cheque donations from the grand champion sponsor, Trukai Industries and Ramu Agri Industries totalling to K210,000.

Trukai chipped in K60,000 and the sugar supplier K50,000.

CCA Amatil’s National Marketing and Sales Manager Willie William said his company was has supported the show for the last 25 years and it would continue to do so this year and next year.

“Coca-Cola Amatil is happy to be associated with the Morobe Show and we are pleased to support the event,” William said.

Ramu Agri Industries Sales and Marketing Manager Roy Beewald in presenting the cheque said the company again stands affirm in its contribution towards an event that is set to promote agriculture and cultural activities.

President of the Morobe Show Committee, Mike Quinn, in thanking the grand champion sponsor and Ramu Agri Industries said his committee was thankful and grateful for the financial support considering the tough economic situation.

“Without your support we would not have a Morobe Show,”  Quinn said.
