Mt Hagen mum wins K5,000

Paradise Foods Limited has announced the winner of the 2018 emNAU Biscuit bumper sticker promotion.

The 4 week consumer promo culminating to the country’s 43rd independence anniversary dispersed 150,000 bumper stickers nationwide through the purchase of a 6pk of emNAU biscuit.

Winner Julianne Tee from Mt Hagen was surprised when her vehicle registration was announced live on NAUFM at the time she and her family were on a weekend trip to Lae.

“This is a surprise. I live up in Mt. Hagen and was in Lae for an event when I received notification of my win,” said an elated Julianne. “I grew up eating Paradise Nambawan and Wopa and my family today eats emNAU.”

Paradise Foods Limited Chief Executive Officer Michael Shields congratulated Tee on winning the K5,000 prize money.

“We were happy to engage in a patriotic national event during the country’s 43rd anniversary and what better than to lead the way as PNG’s largest and most established food manufacturer,” Shields commented.

“The last time we ran a mega consumer promotion on Hi-way Beef and Hi-way Hardman biscuits had some extraordinary results receiving 185,960 entries on the back of truck from all over the country. It’s indicative results like this that enforce our biscuits and emNAU this year as the people’s choice,” he added.

Paradise Foods Ltd has been operating in PNG for over 80 years with manufacturing sites in Port Moresby and Lae and is proud to be 100 percent nationally owned.
