The suspect had been in hiding since 2009 following the alleged rape of a six-year-old elementary school girl.
The incident was alleged to have occurred in 2009 when the girl was on her way home after school when she was assaulted by a man. She was six years old then.
However, after reports from the medical examiners came in, it is alleged that she had already contracted the HIV/AIDS virus which she died from in November last year, at the age of 13.
