Barras have been hard on training in the past two months and are well vested under coach Dipak Patel as they have been out on the field and in the weights room on training days.
Baramundis captain Jack Vare said they will maintain the session through the remaining week until the lead up to the games at the end of this month.
The series will be played at the home of the Barra’s, the Amini Park in Port Moresby in which Barras are keen to put up a good battle with the Kenyans to maintaining their title in the pacific.
