People’s Progress Party (PPP) candidate, Kevin Isifu, has moved up to second place on the progressive tally after count 26 of the Wewak Open seat in East Sepik Province.
With three more ballot boxes to be counted today, the sitting MP, Jim Simatab, maintains a buffer of 1,147 votes from businessman Isifu.
