Incumbent Governor for the National Capital District, Powes Parkop, is currently leading the NCD Regional seat after count 10 with 989 votes.
Parkop retained the lead after count six when the progressive result was announced with 513 votes.

From a total of 4058 ballot papers counted so far after count 10, there were 85 informal ballot papers and 3967 formal ballot papers.
