Fiss-Potts Rugby 10s Tournament

Annual charity rugby focuses on prostate cancer

The aim of this year’s charity event is to raise funds to support work on prostate cancer.

The charity rugby tournament, which started in 2016, is an initiative of the Port Moresby Fiss-Potts Club.

The charity association, registered under the Investment Promotion Authority, aims to support charitable causes within the community through rugby.

“We started off in 2016 with 6 teams. Last year we had 9 teams and this year we have 11 teams so the interest is growing,” said Jack Kariko, President of the POM Fiss-Potts Rugby Club.
