Program Implementation Wing Acting Deputy Secretary of the Department of Implementation and Rural Development (DIRD) Aihi Vaki told a huge crowd during the opening of the community market at Air Transport Squadron (ATS) settlement in Port Moresby last week.
Vaki said his office would not approve and endorse projects or infrastructures that were damaged by opportunists.
