This is for involving in an election court case as witness to Brian Krammer in 2012, which saw the court rule in favour of Krammer to go for a by election.
The Aufan community came together presenting five pigs and garden food to the Minister as a sign of reconciliation and the beginning of a new era in their relationship.
Youth representative and Ward Two village recorder Jeffery Sambe on behalf of the community apologised to Minister Duban and urge him to let go the past and work with them to bring services to the community.
Mr Sambe said they had seen the result of the court battle, which has delay the delivery of basic services and cause people to suffer.
He said they are now ready to work with the Minister and see services reach the people of Aufan.
