The custodian picked up an ankle injury in the NSW Blues' loss to the Queensland Maroons in State of Origin II, and it's yet to be determined at this stage whether he'll be fit to face the Knights in Round 17.
Tedesco also spent some time off the field on Wednesday night due to a HIA but the No.1 later rejoined the action, finishing the match.
Kevin Naiqama will replace Tedesco at fullback, with Malakai Watene-Zelezniak joining the 17 on the wing. Joel Edwards has also been dropped from the squad named on Tuesday.
