Partners Women’s Micro Bank Gunandhi Das, Andrew Tegete - Country Manager for Sun King and Helen Polei of NGF Limited were present at the first roll-out of the product.

Today, the team headed to Kusambuk and on Thursday will head to Maprik. The roadshow will continue to the rest of East Sepik and West Sepik.

The main aim is to showcase the product to the people, open accounts of interested and demonstrate the products to the People.

They began on Monday with a product workshop to the team in East and West Sepik.

Chief Executive Officer for Mama Bank Gunanidhi Das, Sun King Country Partnership Manager, Andrew Tegete and NGF Rep in Wewak officiated at the workshop.

Mama Bank acknowledged Sun King and NGF in becoming a part of the rollout in Sepik as the workshop came to a successful completion.

The Sola Pawa Dinau product will provide easy access to finance rural people who need electricity. It was launched on Thursday 12 January, 2023.

The roadshow began today in Wewak town.

The product called ‘Sola Pawa Dinau’, will provide easy access to finance rural people who need electricity.

The partners agreed to pilot the new product in Mama Bank’s Wewak branch and nine other agencies in the 10 districts of the Sepik region (East and West Sepik provinces).

According to Sun King Country Manager, Andrew Tegete, Sun King have presence in 40+ countries and have sold 13+ million of Sunking products worldwide.
