POMNA to see increase in teams this season

President of the POMNA, Roy Mulina said there will be now ten divisions to accommodate for the new teams.

“We had 168 teams last year playing in eight divisions. This will increase this year.

“The total number of teams will be confirmed just right before the season starts next month,” said Mulina.

He added the POMNA is still running its trial matches and this will run into early April.

“The trial matches are for us to make an assessment of the teams and decide if some need to be moved up a division or relegated down.
