This was one of the statements made today following the handing over of acquittals of the districts 2015 District Support Improvement Program funds to the Department of Implementation & Rural Development.
Local MP, De Kewanu, presented the report to Acting Secretary of the Department, Paul Sai, late today (October 27) at Parliament House.
Kewanu says the 2015 Budget was stretched due to the drought & frost disaster which wiped out subsistence food sources.
