PNG's new technology era

These days, mobile phones have evolved in option and features.

Apart from the generic text and call option, a mobile device is now more of a statement representing the current state of technology that the user is in.

Last night Samsung gave users in Port Moresby the opportunity to taste virtual reality (VR) gaming by featuring on display its new Gear VR with Controller, powered by Oculus.

This controller enables convenient one-handed control and navigation, giving better motion interaction when accessing interactive VR content.

Also on hand were the new high-performance earphones that offered uncompromised audio for sound quality, heightened by the hybrid canal fit for better noise cancellation.

On Samsung DeX, users can easily display and edit data from their phone, making working from a smartphone faster and smarter.

The Samsung Dex enables your S8 to be connected to a monitor, keyboard and mouse with Samsung's new DeX dock.

This means that the Galaxy S8 doubles as a surprisingly respectable PC that enables users to be mobile in the true sense with their work and data while on the go.

It is blurring the line between smartphone and PC to bring the user an ultimate experience of convenience that Samsung is known to offer.

Users are encouraged to head into their nearest phone stores and enquire about the exciting new S8 and S8+, if not for its additional features and accessories but to sample a taste of more than just a mobile phone but a mobile experience!
