Yangoru Secondary School

Australia is providing K15.8 million for the project, to support the school’s vision to become a regional centre of excellence.

Minister for National Planning and Monitoring, Richard Maru, Australian High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea, Bruce Davis, and members of the Yangoru Secondary School administration officially launched the project on Wednesday.  

The Parents and Citizens Association (PCA) is calling for a full investigation into the conduct of certain individuals whose actions are directly affecting the smooth flow of the school operations since 2013.

This is having a negative effect on the academic programs and infrastructure developments of the school.
