PNG will now take on Tahiti.

PNG will be banking on key players Betty Angula, Nesta Sape and Captain Marcia Muri.

Tahiti took the lead in the first quarter 21-15.

PNG struggled in the second quarter, going up against a strong defence from Tahiti.

Tahiti maintained their lead and were 20 points ahead at four minutes to full time.

Despite support from the home crowd that put a lot of pressure on the visitors, the Marca  Muri to  45-25.
