​PMGH receives K110,000

The Association this morning presented a cheque to CEO Dr. Umesh Gupta, while a further K30,000 has been donated to the Sir Buri Kidu Heart Institution.

Gupta thanked the MAPNG for the support offered specifically to PMGH as this will assist in the improvements and changes in running and maintaining the hospital.

He said the money donated will be utilised on the hospital’s main current priority, which is to relocate the TB clinic from inside the hospital to the outside.

Malaysian Association donates to PMGH

The association presented a cheque of K110, 000 to the CEO of Port Moresby General Hospital, Grant R. Muddle, from the funds raised during the event.

Mr. Muddle thanked the MAPNG on behalf of all recipients and said “the support offered specifically to PMGH has assisted in the improvements and change that has happened over the past few years, thank you for supporting PMGH.”

MAPNG president, Chew Pang Heng who spoke during the presentation dinner said this charity drive had come a long way, and thanked the sponsors for their invaluable efforts in supporting MAPNG.
