Governor and Kokopo MP Ereman ToBaining Jnr has contributed a total K60,000 in 2014 towards this event which marks the beginning of one of the many successful events that will coincide with the country’s Independence every September.
There has been an increase in funding from last year since its initial funding.
Last year, ToBaining committed K150,000 which has established a milestone in rehabilitation of the music industry as well as providing employment opportunities.
