Garamuts on top

The undefeated Hebou PNG Garamuts are leading at the 2018 ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup – East Asia-Pacific Qualifier 2017.

This comes from a four wicket win over Fiji on Tuesday this week followed by 212 run thrashing of Samoa yesterday.

The Garamuts will go up against Vanuatu tomorrow.

Four countries are taking part in the tournament that started on Tuesday, August 8, and will conclude on Wednesday, August 16.

The tournament is being played in a double round robin 50 over format. The top team will qualify for the 2018 ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup to be played in New Zealand in January next year.
