House suspended following question by Micah to Pok

The Parliament was suspended for 10 minutes during Question Time after the Acting Speaker John Simon ordered the Kavieng MP Ben Micah to be taken out of the Chamber.

Micah asked the Minister for Defence Fabian Pok to confirm or deny whether the Defence Secretary was his in-law.

However, the Acting Speaker ruled out the question saying the question was already asked and deliberated on.

However, Micah kept on asking the questions without adhering to the Speaker's directives.

The Acting Speaker then ordered the Sergeant to remove Micah. Micah refused which prompted the Acting Speaker to suspend the Parliament.
